Primary legislation to regulate occupational safety and health (OSH) in Thailand is Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011). The act clarifies responsibilities and duties of employer and employee as well as those of governments. Employer shall provide a safe working environment for employees. Employee shall cooperate with employer to establish and encourage safe working environment.
